MONSOON RAINS when Kylie and I arrived early yesterday morning.
The drought is broken! Yes, there had been a terrible drought. A sign in the bathroom read as follows:
South East Queensland is in serious drought.
We are operating under tough water restrictions.
Every drop of water you use makes a difference.
Spend less than 4 minutes in the shower.
Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.

This morning's newspaper carried the story:
Southeast Queensland's heaviest rainfall in 15 years has added 8 and 1/2 months'
supply to the region's three major dams.

I'm wondering if these natural rains could be a forerunner of the rains of the Spirit about to fall.

UNITED PRAYER FOR THE AWAKENING
Awoke at 2am to prepare for a 3am SKYPE call to Branson so that we could join the faithful pray-ers around the globe united in prayer for an awakening.
This is my first experience in joining the prayer from another location.
It was wonderful!!! Yes, the feeling of unity was very real.
Brenda, my daughter, said that when we were visible via SKYPE it was not the best
quality. (We think it is due to the Internet at this hotel. They told us they've been working on it for a couple of weeks.) But at any rate, what a miracle that we were visible at all.
The Stream from Branson was very good video quality. Some lapse in video vs sound. But such a thrill to watch and pray together.
Kylie and I heard Terry Chapman speak some things in English as she prayed.
When we checked with three people present at Prayer Mountain, they did not hear what we heard. I don't want to say for sure something supernatural took place. But we shall keep watching and praying.

More later!
Love in Him,
Billye Brim
