June 28, 2010 from New York City, Times Square

It’s been two years tomorrow that the Lord broke in on our Sunday Afternoon Corporate Prayer.
He silenced our intercession with these words.

One thing will save America. And it is not the elections.
It is an Awakening to God. One thing will avail for Israel and the Nations.
It is an Awakening to God.

Oh my! What we’ve seen come out of the unseen realm and into the seen since then.
For one thing, our Wednesday noon prayers linking pray-ers around the world in prayer for an awakening.
I’m going to write a recap soon.

Today I’m in the 4th day of a wonderful tour described as Looking at the Former
Awakenings and Praying for the Next.
We are led by David Barton and Jim Garlow.

We began in Boston. Early on we visited the sites of the first battles of the
Revolutionary War.  I was most impressed with the place of the clergy. They became
known as the Black Robed Brigade They wore black robes in the pulpits as they preached
the ideals of The Great Awakening which literally united the colonies and brought about
the War of Independence. England said they would not have lost the war were it not for
the black-robed brigade. Thank God they were not wimps.

I’ve learned, and experienced so much as we’ve walked in the paths of the
Pilgrims, Puritans, and Patriots. Now we are walking the paths God is directing us in.
May we not be wimps.

Surprise for tomorrow. David Barton is guest on the Glen Beck program. They
have asked about 20 women from our tour to be in the audience. The subject is: Women
of the Revolution. Don’t know when it will be aired. Will let you know.
